Policies: A minimum of one night's deposit is required for a one or t wo night stay; two night's deposit is required for a stay of three or more nights. Notice of cancellation must be received 10 days in advance to insure return of deposit. for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, deposits will be refunded only for the dates that are rebooked. All refunds are subject to a $15.00 processing fee. Guests are responsible for their entire stay and will be charged for late arrivals and early departures.
