On the road to Taos Ski Valley, near Arroyo Seco.
Being born and raised in New Mexico, it is always a treat to go home and especially to have the opportunity to eat at Casa de Cordova. This is worth the drive out of the Plaza area. Located in an older adobe home, containing beautiful artwork, all presented in a white tablecloth atmosphere. Food is excellent, but not over priced, with New Mexican and other dishes. The staff still make a Caesar Salad at your table, and what a salad it is!
