The El Matador serves authentic homemade mexican food. It is one of the best I have eaten in Norhtern New Mexico. The green chile burger is great choice. But remember to leave room for their homemade cream pie or fruit pie. All of this along with great service makes this place an excellant choice. reviewer = city =
