Although curiously not included in the Taos Chamber of Commerce's listing of local restaurants, The Outback has some of the best pizza I've ever had. Made with fresh ingredients in innovative combinations, The Outback's pizza is terrific. It is a local hangout so expect a laid-back pace with regards to service. This is not a bad thing; crayons and paper are provided for each table while you wait for your excellent meal.
