I was going through the reviews and felt that the previous comments fell a little short in describing this institution. Tomasitas is truly the locals favorite and has been for many years. While the green chile is outstanding, I have an definite affinity for the red. The best item on the menu is the carne adovada special served on Firday with limited availability on Saturday. They also serve some killer margaritas (designate a driver). So hit Tomasitas on a Friday, and when promted to order, simply request, "The Friday", and you will understand why this place is a legend
