Excellent northern New Mexican fare. The best breakfast tostadas; they can be ordered with red or green chili, stuffed with pinto beans, sausage, ham, spinich/cream sause, topped with your choice of eggs. Red fried potatoes (homefries), and bread. Full and half orders; so order the full order and take some home with you.

You can mix and match ingredients in the breakfast tostada; I often order mine Xmas (red and green chili on each of the tostadas and ham/sausage in each topped with poached egg! Scrumptious!
