Review

Katherine's is one of our favorite restaurants. We especially enjoy their Caesar salad, which is prepared tableside. It is the best one we have ever had. The chef has several specialties such as Chateaubriand, Roasted Duck, Veal Parmigiana, and Rack of Lamb available with a 24 hour notice. They have fresh seafood nightly. We have had Salmon with hollandaise sauce and Halibut baked in parchment paper, both were prepared perfectly. We also enjoy the Filet Mignon with bernaise sauce. The dessert selection varies nightly. All are homemade in their kitchen by the chef. Try the tiramisu or the lemon mousse. This restaurant is definately worth the drive up from Santa fe. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
