Review

This is my FAVORITE restaurant in Santa Fe for New Mexican fare. The Carne Adovada and Green Chili stew are excellent, as are the Margaritas. The only disappointment was the quesadilla, which appeared to be microwaved instead of prepared on a griddle. My husband and I always eat at least twice at Maria's when we're in Santa Fe! There is usually a line on weekends, but it moves quickly. The Mariachis are a nice touch, but not intrusive
